Super product
An arm that really holds up. Great. Solid, so you feel confident connecting your screen to it, including my new Samsung 32:9 screen. Just perfect!

I have a 49" super ultrawide screen, so arms that can support a screen like that are hard to come by!
This one can take anything without flinching, very easy to assemble!
On the other hand, 85 euros for shipping and 47 euros for customs is a pain in the ass, as the arm itself is not cheap
Excellent product!!! 32" screen of 19kg.
The only drawback is that the mounting holes are much further apart than the ergotron HX can handle. I had to do some carpentry between the two to create a compatible mounting bracket between the screen and the ergotron. So check before you buy. Otherwise, once made one-handed, this monster of a screen becomes extremely easy to handle and orientate.
This is definitely the best arm I've had. It's very sturdy, well thought out, and you can easily manipulate the screen in all directions, going from a working position to a presentation screen for small groups. The only (very) small downside for which I didn't give it a score of 10 is that (for a 42" screen and almost 20 kg) there is a slight lack of stability in the position, almost nothing, but I have to straighten it up about a cm once a day. The mounting plate is very wide so that it is secure and protects the work surface. I would recommend a second one right away :-) .
Pro range equipment designed for double or even triple screen or heavy single screen configurations (load between 9 and 19 kg, 17 kg if the arm is extended to the maximum, according to ERGOTRON) with a wide seat at work surface level but which requires sufficient space underneath to use the standard mount. There are alternative mountings that allow to adapt to atypical situations C-Clamp top mount and C-Clamp under mount not referenced (to date) at LDLC and almost impossible to find elsewhere (be careful what we usually find corresponds to the LX model and is not adapted for the HX model)
Curiously there is a little play (probably necessary given the quality of manufacture) between the base and the first segment of the arm which is not felt when the arm is loaded but requires playing on the rotation in the frontal plane, made a little laborious by the presence of a centering notch. But once everything is set, it is a real pleasure.
Working largely from home, the comfort of my workstation is paramount.
So I decided to go for this articulated arm and I'm delighted! The installation was quite simple (10 minutes) and I did not opt for the clamp system but for a proper drilling of my desk (the bottom of my desk does not allow the use of classic clamps). No need to order options, everything is already in the basic kit!
The arm is a solid installation, a robust product and a great design (reminiscent of the Portal automatons for those who know them well). This arm has changed my perception of my screen.
Whether I'm working with my laptop as a dual screen or just on the screen carried by the arm, the bottom simply moves in all directions without feeling fragile (and yet it carries a nice 27 inches)
I'm really happy! It's worth the price.
