Very quiet
The silent wings 3 is really quiet.
Replacing the fans provided by my AIO which were rather noisy.
The price is rather high but once installed you can see why.

On most PC cases, the fans supplied are too noisy (personal opinion).
Silence is a precious commodity and once you are used to it, it is difficult to go back.
My favourite fans for use in case ventilation.
Very little noise, very good efficiency, several attachment possibilities etc. The material exudes quality.
One remark: I find that these fans are often not well suited to ventilate a watercooling radiator, because there is a gap between the "ventilation" circle and the square covered by the attachment system. In most watercooling radiators there is a gap between the fan and the radiator, so the air is not fully pushed through the radiator and can recirculate backwards.
So if this is the case, there are two solutions: use a cover that prevents recirculation, or use another type of fan that completely "occludes" the mounting space on the radiator.
Note that this remark does not apply to fans, and to some very compact AIOs where the fans are all against the heatsink.
Quiet as hell, too bad its silence is overpowered by the noise of the other fans. Otherwise good performance and no installation problems.
In conclusion, good material.
The product is as I expected, quiet and efficient.
I recommend this product and thank LDLC for its professionalism.
Great fan! A bit expensive for sure, but the quality is well worth it!
They are extremely quiet while providing very good airflow and efficient cooling, I am totally satisfied with this product.
Slightly quieter than most noctuas I've tested so far, regardless of size.
Great delivery and product. Quiet and efficient. What can I say except that you can go with your eyes closed.
Very satisfied with the noise-performance ratio. Probably one of the best compromises currently available.
The mounting is also very simple: push-in system, even for old and difficult desktop boxes like mine.
I'm very happy with the price and the minimalist packaging (no adapter included).
Fast delivery order on the 22nd received today, product was properly packed.
The fan is extremely easy to assemble and meets the selection criteria, especially the noise level.
I recommend this product!
They are worth their price.
Ultra simple installation thanks to the screwless system that dampens the vibrations transmitted to the housing, ultra quiet even at maximum speed, just the sound of the air in the blades and still, efficient.
What more could you ask for.
Totally satisfied.
P.S.: LDLC service always at the top, thank you
This fan is just great, efficient, quiet and above all of a sleek design.
I highly recommend it.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the price.
installed as an air flow fan.
Discreet, perfectly silent and well made.
A reference fan in many tests.
The delivery was fast
Otherwise for the product, it is really quiet, even at full speed, o, barely hear it.
And on top of that, you don't need any tools to mount it.
Very good, I think the best of all that can be found in the field, efficient, and there you go.
Good product delivered with 2 anti-vibration mounting systems. Connected to the motherboard, the speed is self-managed. It runs between 700 and 800 rpm. It ventilates silently. It is not very expensive to indicate by the manufacturer, the direction of the air flow or at least the direction of rotation. I had to connect one to the PC to find this information.
I bought it to replace a noisy CPU fan (H.S.), no more noise, I wonder if it's running.
This fan is doing its job properly in absolute silence, two weeks without fan noise...
A good little fan that does its job well and is quiet to boot.
I bought it as a complement for my gamer tower and I'm very happy with it (by the way, the tower is also a Be Quiet!) ^_
I was already familiar with Be Quiet products and I am always pleasantly surprised by the quality of their products: efficient and quiet, so much so that I sometimes doubt that it works and yet it works perfectly.
I bought 4 Silent Wings 3 fans to replace those of my NZXT Kraken AIO watercooler, which were a bit too noisy for my taste, and to equip the rear of my Inwin 509 case.
Nothing to say, it's BeQuiet! True to its reputation, ultra quiet, even when fully loaded in game.
Replacing the fan on my Corsair Carbide Quiet 400Q tower which was not PWM, it's night and day. Even during heavy gaming sessions, the fan is quiet. In normal use, you can't hear it.
My first impressions upon unpacking are of the quality and finish of this one, but also of its solidity!
Once equipped (2 140mm and 3 120mm)... The silence!
The only thing you can hear is the air blowing.
In short, I highly recommend this product and LDLC!
The packaging, or rather the "case", is very well done, the fixing methods are rich and well documented, the accessories are plentiful, for a moment I thought I was buying a luxury item...
... and as far as performance is concerned, it's a real blast, and silently, please! The rubber mountings completely avoid vibrations transmitted to the rest of the case!
In short, a very high quality product with a 3 years warranty (but what's the point when it's supposed to have a life span of more than 300 000 hours ... that's 34 years !?!)
Here is a brand that owns its name without exaggeration...
These are not my first and God knows how long it takes to replace them...if we ever have to.
All perfect... obviously.
Nothing to add I think, you can rely on the review as I did, they make absolutely no noise, be sure to check your bios settings for fan speed as mine for example was set to default with all fans at max, which is not necessary for these as they are controllable and therefore can change their speed depending on the temperature of your motherboard and processor.
Installation is simple and the rubber threads really take out any vibration, unfortunately they don't supply screws for all cases so I had to improvise by forcing in the old screws fortunately it still worked.
simple installation, but you need to know where to place it, on the back or the front of the box, as the attachment system is different
cable long enough to plug it in anywhere
extremely quiet!
small bonus: the profile of the blades gives a very nice stroboscopic effect
Now that I've got my new setup, I don't regret the investment.
The PWM is very useful if you have enough connectors on the motherboard.
The product is well thought out, designed and worked.
It's a real pleasure.
It does the job well, replaces a fan on a corsair V2 liquid cooling kit, it makes much less noise.
It is complete and easy to install, it is worth the price, especially with a LDLC promo code ;-)))
Bought to be mounted on the back of my HAF XB in the extraction position.
It is well regulated by the motherboard and not a sound TOP!
The work of be quiet to avoid vibrations and other noises is terrible!
I highly recommend
The packaging is excellent, the fans are quick and easy to assemble and are perfectly usable with a good thermaltake rheobus.
Relatively quiet, I mounted them in push pull on a Corsair H100i GTX waterblock, it cools perfectly my 7700K at 30° in idle....
This fan is so quiet that it doesn't exist, hidden under the ambient noise. The PWM works perfectly, you start to hear a hiss with the pulse at 70% then the fan makes a slight noise at 100%. In IDLE, it runs at 35% without any problem. Combined with a 140mm, I have a slightly positive pressure in the tower.
Very easy to install, it is present in my tower in the air extraction position, just behind the CPU ventirad, at the back of the tower. It does the job perfectly!
The packaging is impressive for a simple fan...
The packaging - it is true that a little more cushioning of the products in the package would be welcome.
The products - very good fans, I took 3, once set up, silence is the key word.
The fan is very good, I took 3 of them, once installed, silence is the key word. Now the little worry - the gap between the fan and the case is too small, it rubs depending on the case, which is my case, little trick to divert the rubber washers of the pin system to increase this space.
Apart from that, I went from 32 to 25 degrees, which is not bad at all.
I recommend these fans but with a little home-made tweaking.
I already had silent wings 2 (not pwm) which did a good job.
The silent wings 3 (pwm) do the same with much less noise.
I still have two old models, which I will most likely change next month.
Definitely worth buying for a silent setup.
