As with my previous orders, I was very responsive. Product sent immediately and perfectly packaged, delivered by Chronopost, the best for me unlike the Post Office where I almost always receive damaged parcels.
Of course, this is an original product which has enabled me to "refurbish" my inverter for many years to come.

After a few years of loyal service, my Back-UPS 950VA UPS started beeping to death: BATTERY OUT.

A few years ago I had also changed a battery keeping the old inverter, the problem is that the ringing error I had was kept, despite the new battery. At the time I sent the battery back and got a new inverter.
Knowing that it could bug again, just by changing the battery, I was warned,
because I just changed my battery (February 2020), because I had the sound that tells me that the battery will last less than 1mn (a fast sound) after a few years of use.
So I order my new battery, I receive it and I put it in, but even though I have the battery that holds as much as a new one, I still have this bug, which makes it seem that the battery will cut in less than 1mn, it's quite annoying because there is no way to know its state of charge, it seems to be an internal problem from the manufacturer, because 2 times the same thing I don't call it bad luck,
It would be nice if they changed something at "Schneider Electric", a button to reset the software part of the ringer to new.
And no, it's not a problem that automatically fixes itself over time, because I've had the new battery since February 2020, and I still have a fast ringing (since 8 months), despite the fact that it holds the charge like new.
I have been using this product for some time now and it is very good value for money. It is very easy to install in my APC inverter and the battery holds the charge well.
An official battery for my APC Back-UPS ES 700VA bought in April 2016, to replace the previous one that failed me after 4 full years of good and loyal daily service!
Certainly more expensive than a non-official one but for this kind of thing, with several thousands of euros plugged into the inverter, it's better not to tempt the devil trying to scrape off 30€.

The BE700G UPS is just over 5 years old and the battery was starting to show signs of fatigue (alarm) during power failure tests. Original APC battery purchased to replace the old one. Of course, there is a cheaper Chinese version on the net, but the life span is not guaranteed. In the case of a UPS managing NAS, it is better to stay faithful to the original.
As far as LDLC is concerned, nothing to complain about, but it's a matter of habit...

After several years of good and loyal service, the battery of my UPS gave up the ghost. I ordered a new battery from LDLC and the problem was solved very quickly. It's nice to have a follow-up from the manufacturer concerning spare parts, it's not always the case.
APC inverters are very well made. I have been using an APC inverter for 6 years (model 700 ES) and I am very satisfied with it. However, after this long period of use, the battery failed and the inverter would no longer work. Following the replacement of this battery, it works perfectly again and allows a use of the computer of approximately 31 minutes estimated by the software in game session if there is a power cut.
I am therefore fully satisfied with this product and recommend it.
Having used the 24 hour connected UPS for over 6 years, the battery was starting to be flagged by the management software as needing replacement. The fast delivery and easy replacement meant I didn't have to put up with power cuts.

The battery is the right size and easy to install. After charging, works perfectly. I've been using it for a while now, but it's a good idea to get it back to the factory. The hardest part is to find a shop that will recycle the old one!
Very good quality battery, replacing an identical battery that was 5 years old.
Replacing this battery is very simple, the battery is replaced in a few minutes, two simple connectors are removed from the old battery and placed on the new one.
