Serious assembly of my complete PC tower. I still think I need to change the flexible cardboard system between the components because it's hard to remove, I even removed the clip from the PCI port of my CG.....
Why not think of small balloons that are inflated and easy to pierce when the PC is received.
My first LDLC PC ordered and I'm very proud of it, especially for the very clean assembly and also for the careful delivery.
Despite the many details about the correct management cable. I still received a PC with cables all tangled up, impossible to find. No storage. 80 EUR for the service. I'll do without it next time.

I have received my pc assembled and I have no signal on the screen. I've tried several methods mentioned on the internet but it still doesn't work. But otherwise I can say that the assembly is good.
Here's the Noctua equivalent - you can buy it with your eyes shut - silent and efficient for cooling an i5 14600 KF - go for it!
Only one negative thing. I would have liked to be able to recover the serial from my CG without dismantling it, but that's anecdotal. Everything else is ok. Thank you

I received the machine perfectly assembled, with a neat cable management system.
The power button was on 1, showing that it had been tested beforehand. There were only 3 extra days in the delivery (the order was placed on Saturday and received the following Friday).
The work is exemplary.
This is the second time I've used this service and I'm as satisfied as ever. The assembly is impeccable and looks great. I was contacted by customer service to clarify a few points regarding assembly. Once the clarifications had been made, the PC was assembled and dispatched the same day. I received it in Switzerland on Friday, just 4 days after placing the order, which is very fast.
However, it would be nice if Swiss customers received a suitable power plug (CH) rather than a French one (FR). For me, this wasn't a problem, but I don't think everyone has this type of cable available.

It's a pity I had asked to connect the hard disk alim as well as the sata that was not done fortunately that I c'est to make that falls on a person who c'est not to make it it must pay again a technician.
The management cable is fine on my Fractal Design Ridge case. The components inside have been mounted upside down, which is really weird. In the end, the PC works, but for the price, you'd think the assembler would know how to tell the top from the bottom of a case. One last thing, which is annoying, is that the case has a vertical stand, but it wasn't fitted and LDLC didn't supply it on delivery... I ended up with a PC sitting on the desk. Given the price, it's a real shame
Assembly carried out with care, clean (the cable management is extremely clean) and fast.
I had a problem on receipt (bent fan) and after sending a few photos LDLC sent me a new one to replace it (I could have sent the tower back for them to do it themselves but as I wanted it to go faster I chose the replacement option).
Easy contact and extremely courteous, whether by email or telephone. Just great!
In that case I don't see how the assembly could have been tested without the start button being connected...
Overall I am very satisfied with the assembly of my PC by LDLC, I leave the note of 4 because dubious about how was thought the air flow ... I was able to contact them and certified that it was best for the PC, I would not contradict them because they are the professionals!

I took the Lian Lee V3000 Plus case, which is a very large case: the assembly was done perfectly, the watercooling (Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 ARGB) mounted on the top, and, as requested when I placed my order, the cabling was ready to install a hard disk from my old PC, perfect!

I recommend LDLC
I opted for LDLC assembly because I was clearly too lazy to do it myself and thought it would be done properly, but what a surprise it was when I received my PC. As you can see, the graphics card was fitted on top except that I realised that the port had been forced as the card wasn't actually calibrated to fit on the motherboard.
As a result, as you can see in photo 2, the PCI-E port was damaged. I was afraid that the card or the port wouldn't work, but after a bit of tinkering, I managed to get the card in without damaging it and everything works.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with this service which I thought was professional and thorough. Clearly, if you're in any doubt, don't use it, as you can't be sure that everything will be done properly. Typically, I would have liked to have been warned beforehand and to have found a solution rather than sending me a badly fitted and damaged configuration.
So yes, there's a cool management cable and it looks clean, but if you're the least bit meticulous, go for it - there are dozens of YouTube tutorials and it's not worth the price.
I wouldn't recommend it.
Excellent assembly, very good cable management, BIOS update, and packaging (padding and all the components, especially the CGU and ventirad, are well secured and did not move a bit during transport). I can only recommend it.

Good machine overall, components as described, but the case fans are extremely noisy even when the machine is not in use, so much so that we're thinking of having them replaced with new, quieter ones.
Everything went smoothly, both the delivery and the assembly were impeccable. The computer works perfectly.

1 year of good and loyal service of a PC gamer assembled by LDLC. And frankly it is clean everything works very well and a magnificent cable management!

This is a serious company to which I have been loyal for many years.
And I recommend it to my friends.
The tower was assembled very well and on time. And the specifications required to connect my additional equipment were met. When I collected the tower, everything was well explained and the seller was very friendly.
The only drawback is the strapping, which is made of plastic cable. If you want to rework the cables for future additions, you have to cut them. There are fabric/scratch straps that are more practical for this and can be reused.
I also don't find the extra cost of 40€ for assembly transparent, which brings the price to 120€ in the shop, whereas online assembly costs 80€. It's a nasty surprise for customers when they get to the shop. Perhaps there are valid reasons for LDLC to offer expensive in-store assembly. But for the customer we are not informed, we do not know why, and it should be specified on the website in a more visible way. Personally, I haven't seen it and it doesn't make me want to have a tower reassembled in the shop.

The assembly was clean but there was far too much rilsan (clamp) which made it difficult to dismantle.
I ordered a new computer and the assembly was super clean! There are no marks, everything is well put together and looks great!

I didn't have time to assemble it and I took the components back to LDLC at the Geispolsheim shop.
Real pros! I switched it on and installed Windows, no start-up problems.
The pc was badly assembled, it could not start, I had to disassemble the pc,
I had to disassemble the pc, remove the cpu cooling and tighten it little by little on the left then on the right so that the cpu was evenly tightened and not like before.
the cpu is tightened evenly and not like before. After that the pc worked fine.
But it still made me lose a lot of time.
