I ordered on 04/03/22 and received the machine 20 days after it was sent. The reason for this was a problem with the grouping and a lack of proof of the parcels at Chronopost. I was able to solve the problem with the customer service who listened to me! I received a computer that crashed every 10 minutes just by being on Toutube... There were also 2 fans disconnected and an air flow not at all optimized. I returned the machine a first time and I received them some time later surprised to see it still as defective. The problem was really complicated as the machine only crashed when not in use. When I came back the graphics card was changed to a new one and extensive testing was carried out without any bugs. I had to go back to my home and the bug was still there and still in low use. After many emails and calls but also a video of the machine crashing (with a stopwatch) we agreed to a second and final return. This time the processor and the ram bar have been changed, we are at the end of June 2022 and I finally received a fully functional machine and it is a pleasure to use it my partner is delighted and finally the stress of such a large expense and a long wait is over.
I would like to finish by saying that I had a lot of problems with this custom order. I waited almost 4 months to receive a working PC. I am very pleased with the service I received from the company and the quality of the service I received from them.
