TheCaliber RCD239DAB-BT DAB+ car radio with Bluetooth technology lets you enjoy your music on CD as well as radio in DAB+ quality in your car. Connect your phone via Bluetooth technology or simply play your CD collection. This car radio has a range of music playback options, but it knows how to give you just what you want when it matters most to you.
DAB+ quality
Do you prefer to listen to the radio while driving? Then of course you want good sound quality. DAB+ is digital terrestrial radio. It offers better sound than the old FM. Reception is better and there is less interference. DAB+ offers better sound definition, so you can enjoy more of your favourite hits and hear the voices of your favourite programmes better. There are plenty of DAB+ and FM stations to tune to, so you can easily switch between them without having to keep searching for the right frequency.
Bluetooth technology and playback
Bluetooth streaming is clear and defined thanks to A2DP and AVRCP profiles. In fact, these profiles also help to avoid noise and hiccups. Thanks to ID3-Tag, the RCD239DAB-BT displays the artist and song you're listening to on-screen. The RCD239DAB-BT has a 4-band preset equalizer, so you can tailor your music to your taste.
Hands-free calling
With the included external car microphone, you can also use the RCD239DAB-BT as a hands-free kit. Place the microphone where it's convenient for you. Pick up your phone via the radio control panel and listen to your calls through the car speakers.
Connections
To listen to music other than via the radio or Bluetooth technology, the RCD239DAB-BT has several connections. Firstly, there's a CD player. Do you have your music on a USB stick or SD card ? Then play it via these ports. They're available on the RCD239DAB-BT. If you still have an old playback device, use the 3.5 mm auxiliary connection. The RCD239DAB-BT also offers the option of connecting an additional amplifier and subwoofer. This is done via the RCAs or the sub output on the rear of the radio. The radio is equipped with an ISO connector, making it Plug&Play (provided your vehicle has an ISO connection).
