JBL 'sDolby Atmos 240H Stage 2 surround speaker features a 25mm aluminium dome tweeter with HDI waveguide, and a 110mm mid-bass driver. This acoustic configuration can be concealed by a fabric grille. The cabinet of this JBL 240H Stage 2 loudspeaker has an espresso-coloured wood veneer. At the rear, a switch makes it easy to opt for surround or Dolby Atmos. It is positioned alongside a pair of terminal blocks. For practical and aesthetic reasons, an internal cable duct has been routed to the bottom of the column, where a pair of dedicated terminal blocks will take the cable for the channels.This significantly reduces the risk of unsightly excess cabling.

Where the first Stage series was essentially designed to make the JBL aura more affordable, this new Stage 2 range more closely resembles the essence of JBL's flagship loudspeakers, while maintaining a perfectly rational budget. Stage 2 is intended to be the component - associated with the amplifiers in the JBL MA range - of home stereo and cinema systems that are accessible - in every sense of the word - offering prestige acoustic performance and stylish JBL photo-engineering to as many people as possible.
