Essential functions

• Formal calculation : Save time by using the calculator's formal calculation functions: factoring and developing expressions, calculating derivatives and primitives, Laplace and Fourier transforms and much more.
• Study a function: Graph a function and obtain its table of variations in the blink of an eye using the calculator's large touch screen.
• Differential equations: Use the menu dedicated to the study of differential equations for a better understanding of them.
• Solving systems: Use the calculator's different keyboards to write systems of equations just like in books. All that's left to do is run the calculator to solve the system.

exam mode

Exam Mode came into effect in January 2020, in accordance with circular no. 2015-178 on the use of electronic calculators in school examinations and competitions (BAC, DNB, CAP, BEP, etc.).These regulations apply to the common continuous assessment tests (E3C), the in-course assessment tests and the one-off tests for all the examinations concerned.

Candidates who have a calculator with Exam Mode must activate it on the day of the tests and calculators without memory will be authorised.

The fx-CP400+E-W-EH is equipped with Exam Mode and is therefore authorised for French school examinations and competitions.
