Cruel disappointment
Order well packaged and received without problem.
When I unpacked, I was concerned to hear a noise in the box, something was moving around inside.
I know it's under warranty, but I open the receiver case and discover that the power amplifier "CHIP" radiator is only fixed by one screw, and it's not tight enough.
The second screw was wandering around the case, and I spent 10 minutes before finding it stuck in a corner of the case.
I had to dismantle the main PCB to replace this screw and re-tighten the other one.
I switched on the receiver and it worked.
I'm rather disappointed with the initialisation procedure, which isn't very intuitive.
Once the stations had been programmed, it took a very long time to switch from one station to another (reconnection to the web). The French translation of the information is sometimes truncated due to a lack of space on the screen.
For the record, I'm an electronics engineer with 43 years' experience on systems that are far more complicated than this.
Honestly, I don't recommend this product, which seemed nice enough when I read the KENWOOD description.
