I received my PC and now that it's working I'm happy with it.

The 5th rule of writing LDLC reviews prevents me from blaming the deliveryman, so I won't do it.
After all, it could have been the assembler who didn't test the PC before shipping.

Whatever the case, the product was non-functional on receipt. The normal after-sales procedure required the PC to be sent back to LDLC to be repaired (extremely long delay) but fortunately the fitter at my local shop was able to re-solder the power switch connector which was faulty.

I would therefore no longer go through LDLC.COM for assembled products and would prefer my local LDLC which also offers on-site collection unlike the LDLC site.
