Its 8 MEMS microphones give the A20 a high level of noise protection and dereverberation. The new and improved beam-forming algorithm, combined with acoustic echo cancellation and dereverberation processing technology, enables you to enjoy high-quality duplex calls and more accurate voice pick-up.
Equipped with AI technology, the A20 supports automatic group framing based on the number and position of participants, and intelligently deploys its speaker sound, allowing participants to focus more on the conference.

Based on the Android 10 operating system, the A20 supports native Teams and Zoom modes. Working with the A20 and the included Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation module (enables wireless content sharing), users can start a meeting or presentation anywhere in the conference room with low latency.
The A20 supports several device management platforms, such as Yealink Https Web Portal, Yealink Device Management Platform, Yealink Management Cloud Service, Teams Admin Center, and Zoom Device Management.
