The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series of graphene thermal pads can be used as an excellent alternative to thermal compounds in the high-performance segment. Similar to Carbonaut pads, their surface can be shaped and their thermal conductivity is very high. Compared with Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet is a top-of-the-range product offering significantly higher thermal conductivity.

This increased thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to normal ageing as is the case with traditional thermal pastes. Drying is not possible.

    too fragile

    This pad is very thin. It doesn't have an adhesive side so it doesn't hold in place properly on the CPU during installation and tears into very fine pieces as soon as the ventirad is closed and screwed back on.
    I was therefore unable to test its thermal capacity.
