Defective watch
Parcel arrived in Polynesia well packed but very late because it was blocked at customs (invoice not on the parcel, it was inside the box).
As a result, I had to provide the invoice to customs for clearance and this delayed the delivery of my parcel even more. I had to wait another 2 and a half weeks to receive it.
I received my parcel yesterday (04/09/24) at our post office. When I got home I put the watches to charge (as I bought 2: one for adults and one for children).
Once mine was plugged in, the screen showed the battery charge and the time.
On the other hand, the watch I ordered for my daughter doesn't show anything at all, even after 1 or 2 hours charging. I hold the watch and it doesn't heat up even after being on charge for 2 hours.
While waiting for it to charge, I installed the 2 applications. Mine connects automatically to its application, but my daughter's has nothing on the screen and no Bluetooth connection to the ICE Watch Junior application.
