Overhyped keyboard: a big disappointment
- Rigid gasket (the steel plate doesn't help) .
- Noisy stabilisers
- Switches silent but slightly scratchy (much worse than Cherry Silent Red, despite what Cowcotland says)
- The shell is grainy, I don't know if it's deliberate, but the effect is even worse than on entry-level keyboards priced at 30 €
- The adjustable feet are also poorly thought out, there's a certain wobble, and what's more, when you try to get the big one out, the little one comes with it, and it doesn't stay in place, which points to a certain design problem.
Compared to my old Ducky One from 2015-2016, it's more comfortable to type on, but for 2024 it's a bit out of date. The keys on the Ducky are better quality, but on this one you get the impression that the legends aren't finished... and that the PBT content is excessively low.
The good thing is that it's a French brand :) If the product was sold in the 60-70€ range I could overlook most of the shortcomings, but for 139€ it's hard to swallow. I'm going to switch back to an ANSI keyboard until something good comes along in AZERTY.
Hopefully an improved version will come out anyway.
