Opinions on ASUS equipment referenced above
The hardware I ordered met L.D.L.C.'s requirements and my aspirations. More up to date than the previous PC, which was only 5 or 6 years old, but which didn't have Windows 11 and would have required me to change several internal components. On the other hand, despite my familiarity with computers, I'm finding it very hard to get used to Windows 11, unlike the other versions (7, 8, 10, and even earlier...). I find this version much less user-friendly and more complex to use. Perhaps my age (77) is simply the cause of this lack of understanding...
In any case, I would particularly like to thank the technician at the HENIN-BEAUMONT shop (Mr. Laurent) who quickly and brilliantly helped me transfer my old PC to the ASUS. As Jacques BREL so aptly put it: "...the older you get, the crappier you get...".
