After 20 years with a classic home cinema system, whose amp was beginning to give up the ghost, I was tempted by this sound bar, which was on special offer when I bought it (249€), because I'd had enough of wires running everywhere.
And what a surprise! Even though it's still the smallest in the JBL range, its sound is very nice, the bass is very present (although a little less precise than with my old amp), the Atmos does the job, without being transcendent, but nothing serious, especially in this price range.
In the end, I feel I could have taken the plunge sooner, and this 'test' purchase has reconciled me with soundbars.
I'm very likely to switch to one of its big sisters in the months to come.
