Wheel that doesn't work
I bought the mouse on 2 June, and the thumb-rest is very nice, the grip is pleasant, and the mouse responds very well with its different pre-programmed profiles.
In August, I started to feel a slight discomfort when scrolling, very slight stuttering (when you scroll down a page, there's a micro jump upwards and vice versa), at first I thought it was my eyesight playing tricks on me, but as the days went by the problem not only persisted but intensified and became more and more noticeable.
I tried the technique of blowing into the mouthpiece just in case, but nothing helped.
And for the last 2 days, it's been completely impossible to scroll with the wheel, at best it hovers with slight movements.
I opened the mouse completely in order to remedy the problem myself, maybe there's a bit of dust inside or a contact problem, I cleaned everything (the mouse was clean at the same time after barely 2 months of use), I completely removed the wheel, looked at the contactor, did an empty test, the mouse scrolled but there was still this stuttering problem, I put everything back together and again the wheel was unusable.
In short, I put it away in a drawer, I find it unacceptable that in 2024, after not even 2 months of use, a problem like this occurs. To be avoided.
