    Not for everyone

I had taken this wrist rest but I sent it back, let me explain:

    The pluses:
    - Impeccable finish
    - Plenty of non-slip straps on the underside of the keyboard, so it doesn't move a muscle
    - Imitation leather with a really good finish and a very pretty logo on the bottom right-hand corner

    The cons:
    - The leatherette. I knew this before ordering and I tested it anyway, but it's not really for me, it sticks when it's hot and your skin doesn't breathe as much. The manufacturer has nothing to do with it, it's 0 or 1, you either like it or you don't.
    - Height: Too high, even when playing with the keyboard feet. Once in place, I had the impression that I was touching the keys with my fingertips because the top of the wrist rest is almost at the same level as the top of the keys, forcing my wrist to bend downwards to really press the keys. It's impossible to play like that, but that's a matter of personal preference.

    Pleasant...

A little expensive. Otherwise pleasant, flexible, good quality, but can't be fixed to the keyboard (free standing) and the whole thing (keyboard + mat) still takes up a lot of space on the desk.

    Very good

A little expensive but very good quality. I've taken off one star because the surface against the table would benefit from a non-slip surface! or a magnetic system to connect to the brand's keyboard! But nothing to complain about, very comfortable, very clean and premium quality!

    Simply perfect

    (Black version)
    A product that exudes quality.
Sober and robust, it should be able to support my wrists for several years.

Pretty and gets the job done

I'm currently in the process of reorganising my setup, so I ordered a new keyboard (Ironclad by GG) which won't have a 'little lip' like my old keyboard, and when in doubt I preferred to order the wrist rest just in case. I've heard, here and there, that it's an interesting ergonomic accessory.

I'm not used to using wrist rests, so it's all new to me and I don't yet know if I'm convinced.

Personal preference aside, it rests the wrists well and it's a nice object that will fit in well with your setup. It's heavier than I'd imagined, which is a positive point for me as it gives a feeling of robustness and will prevent it from falling off unexpectedly. The grip isn't very firm on the desk, but I don't know if that's normal or not (perhaps it's necessary to be able to move it easily). On the other hand, on my XXL mouse pad, it sticks perfectly.

In short, it does what it's supposed to do, it looks good and it feels solid. I'm really pleased.
