I bought this phone for its clamshell system and especially for the T9 input.
The quality has gone downhill, the plastic is not pleasant and is too slippery.
It's impossible to adjust the alarm volume or set the clamshell to open, because when it opens it takes the call.
Very good battery life.
Otherwise, I'm happy with it, but it's not as good as the Samsung C3590.
