Excellent multiroom speaker
For hi-fi listening in the living room, I use a NAD C658 preamplifier integrating BluOS with a NAD C298 power amplifier coupled with a pair of Magnat Signature 909 speakers.
So I needed speakers that were connected and compatible with BluOS multiroom that were 'up to scratch', other than my current DENON Home 150s on the HEOS app (which still doesn't integrate Qobuz, and there's no PC version), which produce decent sound but are a bit 'muffled', very colourful and over-amplified in the bass. Or worse, mediocre SONOS that sound very inaccurate and slobbery in the bass.
So I opted for this white Bluesound Pulse 2i speaker to fill my kitchen.
The sound is clear and surprisingly accurate in the midrange and treble for a speaker of this design, and the bass is realistic, clean and never overpowering.
In short, the sound is homogenous and realistic.
The multiroom function works perfectly with my NAD system and the BluOS app, which is well designed.
So I'm very happy with this purchase.
Thanks to LDLC for the easy purchase from abroad, for the fast delivery (3 days for Switzerland ????) and the great price! (the price in Switzerland isn't even theft any more, it's downright rape??).
I'll definitely be buying other BlueSound speakers for the other rooms.
