I am very happy with my purchase for my own office use.
Very good performance, very good autonomy.

I bought the 4 year warranty extension for more peace of mind.
The first product never arrived, so the service quickly sent me another one at no extra cost and with speed. A good customer service.
Very good product. The design and finish are very good. A small problem after a first boot with BitLocker of windows. But the problem was quickly solved after a forced reboot. "Attempt to repair", "Automatic repair", request to enter the recovery key to restart.
After several attempts, the computer was able to restart correctly. This was probably due to the installation of software or the non-recognition of a usb device. Now it works fine.
