    Lovely case, terrible build quality

I love how this cover looks, however its build quality is terrible. Its PU leather exterior started falling apart in two corners after a couple of weeks of normal usage. I read in bed, at the cafe, and put it in my bag in a dedicated compartment without any other items. Neither LDLC nor Kobo were willing to stand behind these serious quality issues which is absurd especially for a €40 cover (I feel the need to point out that LDLC had stellar service in all other aspects).. As a brand new Kobo customer this will seriously influence my decision on my next ereader purchase.

I don't like bringing this up as I want to support Kobo's more open ecosystem and devices, however as a 13 year Kindle user I've never had such serious issues with their equally expensive cases, and when there are issues with whatever they are selling, they do take customer complaints seriously. Please do better Kobo.
