A must have for everyday life! Perfect
At first, the price and the fact that the screen is only 60 Hz put me off a bit.
But I gave it a try and frankly it's the best of the best!
The size is perfect for almost any content.
The performance is top notch for games and having a 60Hz screen doesn't really feel like it.
Pokémon Unite, COD Mobile, PUBG, Wild Rift, TFT ... insane. The screen ratio is top notch. There's just a little black strip on the sides for now as the format isn't supported yet.
The camera is like an iphone 13, very good. In 4k video too.
The Apple Pencil 2 is monstrous, for drawing, correcting copies or PDFs. Taking notes ... the whole package.
(Not necessarily practical for navigation) But the Ipad format is so no worries. You can cover all the keyboard with an average hand in landscape mode.
The battery is OK. Not exceptional but will easily last 8 to 10 hours of continuous use.
Very good format for drone flying. (with DJI controller / Mavic Mini) (hence the must have cellular connection as the DJI app needs to be connected to the network to not be restricted)
In short, the best if you want a nomadic complement to your smartphone with a larger screen.
Be careful though, don't forget about the storage, 64 GB is not enough! Start with 256 GB. For example, an episode of a series in HD is 1.5 GB. A movie is 5 or 6 GB (netflix). A game like Call Of Duty is almost 13 GB.
The same goes for your mobile phone. Take it! You have many offers of multi sim services (2 sims, 1 package), some free in 5G for only 20€ / month. Turning on your iPad and being connected without worrying about the network is almost mandatory for this little device that will go everywhere with you.
Support for external peripherals, USB stick, mouse. Because it's USB-C!!! Thank you at last! However, NO 3.5mm jack. Voila :)
