USB-C cable delivered with the display is defective
Be careful, if you buy this screen for USB-C.
After many tests and exchanges with LG after-sales service (and a lot of time wasted), I understood that the USB-C cable delivered with the screen does not work well.
The screen itself works with another USB-C cable.
I sent the screen back to LG's service department with its cable. They replaced the motherboard of the screen (although the problem was not there), but obviously did not test the cable because they sent it back with exactly the same problem.
I found the problem myself. When I explained to LG after-sales service that the cable was faulty, I was told that it was not covered by the warranty, being an accessory.
LG service: 0 stars!
Fortunately, LDLC came to my rescue and will send me back a USB-C cable. Thank you LDLC!
