They're very nice and customisable, but above 60% speed they make a high-pitched noise that's not very pleasant. More high-pitched than most fans I've known. Especially one of the fans more than the other two.
Fortunately you can adjust them in the bios to reduce the speed and not hear them any more. But I limit them to 60% of their maximum speed.
