very good
my note because it runs well on an aorus b450 elite v2 by updating the bios
no worries since its installation
The AMD Ryzen 3 4300GE processor (3.5 GHz / 4 GHz) is based on the Zen 2 architecture engraved in 7 nm. This Ryzen generation with Radeon Vega 6 graphics features 4 cores, increased frequencies with 3.5 GHz and up to 4 GHz, 4 MB of L3 cache and 35W of TDP. AMD's Ryzen 3 4300 GE with integrated Radeon Vega graphics is the ideal combination for everyday computing, even without a dedicated graphics card! It delivers advanced multitasking and multimedia performance while remaining very affordable.
The Zen 2 cores are designed for efficient use of available resources to optimise computing performance. Compared to the previous architecture, 2X floating point capabilities and up to 15% higher instructions per cycle enable performance to reach new thresholds. Zen 2 combines performance for next-generation applications with optimal energy efficiency.
The AMD Ryzen 3 4300GE desktop processor offers 4 native cores and 8 logical cores for smooth multitasking. Thanks to its high native frequency and its Turbo Core mode, the AMD Ryzen CPU delivers excellent performance for gaming, intensive multitasking, video editing, 3D modeling and more.
AMD Ryzen processors with Radeon Vega graphics now feature the most advanced and powerful graphics and computing hardware available, merged into a single chip to deliver all the high performance you need for demanding tasks and serious gaming capabilities without compromise. Chosen to update a very old desktop Linux configuration. Video and Web back to being fluid.
The 2CV has been transformed into a GTI with a graphics chip. Very happy with LDLC's advice and my purchase.
Easy mounting on an MSI B450-A motherboard. Booted without any problem under Linux (Ubuntu 21.04). No compatibility issues with the motherboard, and the integrated graphics card works very well for my office + photo use.
The processor is a great design as it saves me from buying a graphics card right away, with its integrated chip it can run WOW without any problem by reducing rendering and anti-aliasing but it's still full HD I haven't tried it on FPS like SUBNAUTICA (a game with a lot of water) but it's not going to be long. It's doing the job I want it to for now. 10/10
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new card, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new card, so I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new card, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new card.
Very good cpu, value for money. Equivalent to my i7 4790k. But the graphics are much better. Vega 6 vs HD 4600. Can run the yuzu emulator. Movies in h265 and 264 4k. YouTube in 2160p and even YouTube in 8k. The oc is very simple. Does not heat up. Never exceeded 55 degrees For this price it is really excellent. And its power consumption is close to that of laptops. That's a real plus.
This is my first infidelity to Intel in many years for a multimedia pc to watch movies and series and play a bit.
The performance is good. It heats up a bit but nothing more. It's better than an integrated Intel chip but not as good as a big graphics card but perfect for my use until the CG market comes to its senses.
Processor bought to build a PC that runs 24/7 to host a Proxmox with VMs like NAS (True NAS), WordPress, Jeedom home automation, bounce VMs... The power consumption is 36W overall, the advantage of the proc is that you don't need a graphics card. In short, it allows you to run 5 or 6 VMs with a reasonable power cost and good performance (much better than a Raspberry Pi 4).
No problems out of the box. Linux KDE Neon 5.22, kernel 5.8.0-59-generic. The glmark2 test gives 2869 (run while the computer was in use).
