Uneasy and worried.....!
Hello,
My first experience with LDLC was a Saturn TA1-I3-4-S1 in 2013 (which still works perfectly)
Device with which I travelled all over the world (both professional and private use), in difficult conditions and which never let me down, I just replaced a battery in the meantime.
My second battery being now dead and the SSD capacity being too low compared to the last generation software, I wanted to modernize my equipment, and...... me to please.
So I acquired a Saturn PGS61-16-M4-H
Satisfied with the technical performance of the device: speed of switching on, speed of opening files, etc.....memory size, display quality, etc.........etc.....
On the other hand, the day I received the product (LDLC Saturn PGS61-16-M4-H) I wanted to check a technical characteristic on the LDLC site and there, YOU ANNOUNCED TO ME THAT MY LAPTOP WAS NO LONGER PART OF THE "VINTAGES CLUB"
From a commercial point of view, I have the unpleasant impression of putting ..... somewhere.
Indeed you would have had the correction to announce me that you were going to stop marketing this model, I would not have hesitated to pay more to have a recent model (Bellone series, for example).
From a technical point of view, I am worried.
Will you still have spare parts if needed in a few years?
Starting with the battery in 2 or 3 years?
With kind regards.
