I bought this cable to connect a phone (Gigaset) to a Livebox, but it doesn't work. After checking, this cable is mounted upside down (red and green connectors reversed) which makes it unusable. To be avoided.
I've been using it for a while now and it works great for connecting my handset to my router from one room to another.
The communication remains clear, no problem. :)
