This footrest is certainly not cheap, but it's also particularly comfortable. I spend a lot of time at my desk and as I'm a bit short-legged, this component was for a long time the missing element in correct ergonomics. I decided not to do things half-heartedly before I got myself into health trouble, and I'm much more comfortable now.
Of course, it's no substitute for regular physical activity.
Very good quality product, really relaxes legs and back, solid, well thought out, stable, worth the investment.
