Design 5/5, Perf/XMP to be reviewed.
Very nice RAM,
However, beyond 3200mhz (on an i7 13th gen/Z790 ASUS strix) it's overclocking to get the advertised frequencies. Impossible to get 4266 Mhz with all the optimum parameters (voltage, lactence, etc...).
4000 Mhz is unstable but you can boot and run games for a while.
I have something stable at 3800mhz cl17 in gear 1 (1:1), which is OK but a shame when you consider the price of this ram.
It may be possible to get higher frequencies by switching to Gear 2, but at the expense of performance. The difficulty of overclocking these RAMs is also due to the 2*16; it's undoubtedly easier with 2*8.
Don't buy these RAMs if you have no knowledge of overclocking and/or an entry-level motherboard.
On the other hand, the design is 5/5
PS: The XMP is useless at such a frequency, you have to configure the ram yourself.
