    Supplied without remote control, and not wall mount compatible

    I received my TV in good condition, but I had to adapt the fixings (screws too short!) of a wall mount (KIMEX 013-2664) because the back of the TV is not flat, and the bottom screws are in a recess...
    Furthermore, it is impossible to use the product, as it was delivered without a remote control! Disappointed before I could even see the picture quality. I hope that the manufacturer's support will send me a new remote control following the email I sent them.
