    This screen is not reliable

The screen looks great on paper, but in reality it's unreliable and there's no point in going through LDLC because in any case you have to see samsung for an exchange.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one. In other cases it solves the problem for a week and then you have to start again. Some undergo 3 repairs without refund or replacement.

    Do not buy this screen.

    Super display for SIM-RACING

After a difficult start in the early days of production, it seems that Samsung has got the manufacturing under control.
No defects to report on my copy, except the fact that it is impossible to update the firmware. But for the time being, this is not a problem at all.
I have 240hz, HDR in the games, well recognized by N'vidia and no cracking of the structure. It's been running for over 100 hours now and it's still clean.
The image is beautiful from the start, you have to adjust the factory settings a bit too much for my taste.
In games, it is a really good screen for Sim-Racing, the immersion is total provided that you are about 80cm from the screen.
For Flight Simulator, no worries, it's a pleasure.
A downside for FPS style games, MMO etc... you really have the impression of looking into a "jar". The scenery is really stretched on the sides, and when you scan horizontally it feels really weird, the edges seem to accelerate and deform in a not very pleasant way, it is this effect that goes very well in sim racing by giving an impression of additional speed.
It's this effect that works well in sim racing, giving an extra sense of speed. Use a powerful video card to get the most out of it.

    Very good investment

Fully satisfied, many possibilities (PIP/ PBP). Very nice colour rendering. The screen gives a feeling of immersion in the game!

    Super screen

It's expensive, but worth the price.
Coming from a 22" triple screen setup, I wondered if the gain would be useful. Well, it is. The comfort is better, the picture quality superb. I work with 2 computers + a KVM for switching between the two, but previously switching to the display KVM caused timing and latency problems, and sometimes even crashed one of the machines. With the PIP/PBP mode (sharing the screen between two machines), it's a pure joy.
The only downside is that it is imperative to manually update the firmware, as the basic version (at least for me) had serious stability problems. On the other hand, be careful to handle the plastic cover at the back of the screen (which hides the cables), I broke two clips without even forcing it. Nothing very serious, but one would expect a perfect finish on a product of this price range. It remains to be seen how long it will last, which I hope is reasonable for the price...
The LDLC service, as always irreproachable: delivery in 24 hours without any problem.

    Not to be taken...

It is a nice innovation but the use is not the same.
It's not up to scratch and the brightness is terrible.
Either it dazzles you when working on Excel or Word (white pages), or you can't see anything in games.
The colour rendering is disgusting compared to other screens.
It runs at 120Hz max and not 240Hz as advertised and updating is a real hassle to do.
It crashes constantly or displays a black screen for no reason.
It uses a lot of resources and should not be used on a Light setup.
I use it on a CG 3090 and it has trouble rendering 3D, whereas with a normal screen, no problems.
I have to wait for the evolution because this model is not very new.
The quality-price ratio is not there at all

    The top in 2020

Incredible immersion, coupled with a 3090 the screen is resplendent, very pronounced curvature, placed at 70 cm you are as surrounded, in games with hdr and rtx on, it is the absolute grail for any fussy player ;)

    Complicated

It is difficult to give a grade. I will try to remain as neutral as possible, but I am forced to say that this purchase is far from being the easiest and most satisfying. Two screens with 2-3 dead pixels 5 min after the first power up, only to have a 3rd one in condition.

I was a bit disappointed with LDLC for not taking care of the after sales service from the start, and for sending me back to Samsung. I have to say that I am not sure that I will be able to get the same level of service from LDLC, but I am not sure that I will be able to get the same level of service from LDLC, and I am not sure that I will be able to get the same level of service from LDLC, but I am not sure that I will be able to get the same level of service from LDLC.

Secondly, Samsung asking me to take care of the after sales service, that is 200 euros for a screen managed by their pro service... it's a bit light.

I had to grumble to finally be able to thank Samsung for having enforced my warranty until I had a correct screen, and LDLC for having played the game of taking care of the returns and having managed, with patience, the after-sales service.

The screen is really good, the GSYNC is very well managed contrary to other screens that I have tried. It is necessary to think of installing a large desk, it is nevertheless 1m20 long, the curvature makes it very exploitable provided that you are at least 80-90 cm from the screen.

    Nice screen

I've been using it for a while now, but it's still not working,
No light leakage, no dead pixels, we still hear a poc from time to time this problem is still not fixed.
I've been using it for a while now, but it's still not working and I'm not sure if it's a good one. 240 hertz works well with the rtx 3080, HDR when the game is well managed is great! The screen is not cheap but the image quality is there, for the moment no regret?

    Not bad at all.

A beautiful product for those who like beautiful things.
The image is beautiful and the 32:9 is, I think, the future of gaming.

    Great class!

    10/10 because :
    - LDLC at the TOP level of delivery, I received the screen within 48 hours of placing my order.
    - The screen is simply amazing. I don't have any of the bugs I've seen on the web, it's set to 240Hz with an RTX 3090 Phantom and the immersion is total. I've owned an Oculus for a few years now and I clearly prefer the G9 experience, no comparison possible for me.
The colorimetry is to my taste, I find my games hypers beautiful, the blacks are deep and the contrasts are there. After all, I'm not a graphic designer but for me it's very clean.
No regrets after a week of use, I'm hooked.
