The Seasonic PRIME PX features 80+ Platinum certification, a 100% modular design and allows fanless operation below 40% load. It features a quiet 135mm fan and its rich connectivity allows it to power a configuration with the most powerful components with a reliable and stable voltage.
Featuring the latest technological advances, the PRIME PX maintains the output voltage within a very tight range, achieving load regulation of less than 0.5% (MTLR). This impressive power performance and stability make this power supply an ideal choice for high performance systems.
The 135mm high performance fan in this power supply is designed to take advantage of the impact absorption effects of oil. It is extremely reliable and generates much less operating noise and heat than ball-bearing fans. Lubrication of the bearing surface reduces friction and vibration, thus reducing overall energy consumption. Due to the effortless and quieter rotations and the robust construction, this proven fan technology also increases the life of the fan.
This Seasonic PRIME power supply features the Premium Hybrid Fan Control system, which minimises the noise generated by the fan. Below 40% load, the unit is in 0dB (fanless) mode and then the fan turns on in proportion to the load of the configuration.
Seasonic engineers have implemented a new internal design, where instead of cables, the back panel and the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) are connected by a copper plate. This solution not only reduces the risks during assembly, but also improves the quality and reliability of the power output.

1000W is a lot. You have to have a use for it. But I'm greedy so I helped myself. There are plenty of cables to plug in.
It is very quiet. I use the Hybrid mode which is quiet and has a good temperature.
I was able to plug in my 3080 with 3x8 pins without any problem. There are still some left.
Fully satisfied with the product. The packaging is nice, the cable set is clearly of good quality. Thanks to the hybrid option I never hear it. I think this is a power supply that will last me a long time :)
