Very good
Provides a good flow. Happy with the purchase value for money. Shame I didn't see it was missing WPA 3 before I bought it but that's my fault :)
TP-Link's Archer AX50 features WiFi 6 (802.11ax) technology, which takes Wi-Fi to the next level and is backwards compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi standards. Featuring 4 Wi-Fi antennas and capable of supporting 1024 QAM and 160 MHz channels, the Archer AX50 is also equipped with a 1 GbE WAN socket and 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports. This means that the many devices connected can enjoy the best possible connection with ease.
In response to the ever-increasing demands on home WiFi, the Archer AX50 router ensures the sustainability of your home networks by offering up to 4 times the capacity to connect more devices. Advanced technologies, such as OFDMA and MU-MIMO, quadruple the connection capacity in high density scenarios compared to standard 802.11ac routers.
Taking a giant leap forward in wireless connectivity, WiFi 6 brings stable, responsive Wi-Fi connections to tomorrow's hyper-connected home. Enjoy more responsive gaming and seamless video conferencing, even when multiple compatible devices are connected and transmitting data at the same time.
Four external high-gain antennas and Beamforming technology combine to extend powerful, reliable WiFi throughout your home. Advanced Wi-Fi 6 technologies, such as BSS Color, ensure smooth and stable connections by eliminating signal interference from your neighbours.
With the growing number of devices in today's home, everyone deserves a simpler, smarter way to bring all your products together. Use Amazon Alexa to control everything via voice commands to enjoy a truly smart life.

Provides a good flow. Happy with the purchase value for money. Shame I didn't see it was missing WPA 3 before I bought it but that's my fault :)
I am delighted with this router I have a powerful wifi compared to the livebox it is more stable the manual is French easy to install, it is the best choice in quality price no need to put more.
I bought this router as a replacement for the operator box. I am not disappointed, the WI-FI is much better (stability, speed).
The installation is very easy and accessible for everyone.
Like many people I think, I was limited by the very limited wifi connection of my fibre box, especially when several devices were connected.
I bought this router and I'm very satisfied with it: it's very quick to set up, very easy to configure, and above all it works perfectly.
I have 3 workstations in WiFi with VPN, two tablets, the speed does not decrease. The range is also increased compared to the box.
I'm going to give it one star less for the light finish, even if it's a piece of equipment that's intended to remain fixed, in my opinion it should not be dropped.
I wanted the wifi 6 for a question of durability because, for the moment, I don't have any equipment that benefits from it but it will come. The installation is very simple: you take out the elements, you plug in, you install the control application of the brand, you create your profile (or you connect), you flash the R code under the device and you wait. The device is then recognised and you can set up your network. You can customize your network if you want or extend an existing network, etc... Several access levels are available (only 2 on the smartphone but 3 on the network). The only two drawbacks (hence my rating) are that it is impossible to connect to the device via the ethernet network and that it is very difficult to share a hard drive connected to the usb network, which is recognised in the application but does not remain accessible on the network for more than an hour...
It replaces the livebox (located a bit far away - in the garage, and limited to Wifi ac) for Wifi access. I set it to half power, which is enough for all the rooms (the house is 125 m2 on two floors). Don't forget to configure it as an "access point" unless you want it to replace the box. No more phone that "blops" every 5 minutes to indicate that it has lost Wifi. Also replaces an 8 port switch where only 2 ports were occupied. An appreciable all in one.
In my opinion this router is not fundamentally bad, the wifi range seems good and the user interface is clear and intuitive.
But here's the thing... having bought it specifically to run my Oculus Quest 2 wirelessly, I was very disappointed.
Indeed, this router causes stuttering (jerks) in AX mode (Wifi 6).
After researching on the internet, the problem seems to be well known.... and despite long hours of testing in all directions.... it is impossible to use this router in AX mode for VR.
In AC mode it works very well, but it's still extremely frustrating, especially if it was to stay in Wifi 5, other routers much cheaper do the job just as well.
The rating may seem a bit harsh, but again, I took it specifically for this reason and it is TP-Link that is at fault.
If TP-Link's technical department didn't ignore us all the time, I might be able to be a little more generous.
But obviously not, once the money is collected, we have nothing more to say to each other.
I bought this product to replace a basic livebox router that died when someone started netflix.
The installation was simple, no worries on that side.
The first results clearly show that the range is increased, and this router manages much better the many devices connected to wifi + cable. The ping drops are less numerous etc.
The interface allows you to set up a lot of things but the black spot is there in my opinion. The interface allows you to set up a lot of things, but I think that there is a lack of software features compared to a higher end router or even a freebox. (after all, you're paying for wifi 6 at this price, so it's already good).
The product works well, it offers the functionalities one would expect from this type of product. But we don't have access to the system (ssh), little possibility of customization as we could do with other products (WRT, synology..)
It does the job despite everything for a reasonable price.
RAS. Product is as expected. The flow rates seem to be up to scratch and the (basic) settings are quick with the application.
Delivery time respected.
