    Does the job

I'm not sure I can compare it to other solutions in terms of temperature. This was my first cpu setup and I found it easy to install, you just have to hold the cooling block (a corsair aio in my case) while aiming. The more pressure you put on it the better the performance will be. I confirm that it is compatible with the socket 1200.

    Does not work at all!

I almost burned my processor because of the rapid heat build up. It is a good conductor of electricity but by no means an alternative to a thermal barrier.

Nice but difficult to set up

Very nice idea, especially the rutilisable side. It doesn't look like it on the pictures, but it's actually quite thin and soft, but I had a really hard time mounting a ventirad on it! I had to do it 5 or 6 times, and the pad ended up tearing in one place when I had to take it off and put it back on. It still seems to work in the end, but the mounting is more complicated than just thermal paste.
