The first problem I encountered during assembly was that one of the pre-drilled holes was not correctly aligned. It was a real pain to fix the seat to the base.
Once assembled the chair seemed to lean to the left for some reason...
The castors are hard, it is very difficult to move around with them.
I just noticed that one of them was broken...
