The chair is of very good quality and easy to assemble, even on my own (I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes, even though I'm neither muscular nor a handyman). It is quite comfortable, especially with the armrest and tilt adjustment functions.
I would just put a downer on the lumbar cushion. It is very thick, too thick for me, and I finally had to remove it and replace it with a small cushion. It's best for people with a pronounced lumbar curve or for heavier people (I'm very thin and the cushion didn't crush under my weight at all, which caused me back pain).
