Maximise the capabilities of your laptop

With this Metal Low Profile D ock fromi-tec connect your favourite peripherals to your laptop, touch tablet, desktop (PC) or smartphone that have the new USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 interface. Using this dock will allow you to power up to three external displays. Connect the dock via a single (19 cm) cable to the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port and you can start using it immediately. The driver installation is done automatically from the system. This docking station can also be used as an ergonomic stand for your laptop or tablet.

This docking station will allow you to easily charge laptops and other devices with USB-C connectors supporting video transmission (USB-C DisplayPort Alt mode). The internal power consumption of the dock is 15 W, i.e. once you plug in the USB-C power adapter, which has an output of 45 W, the dock will provide 30 W to your laptop. If you use a 60W adapter, the dock will provide 45W, if you use an 85W adapter, the dock will provide 70W and if you use a 100W adapter, the dock will provide 85W.

    interesting but...

    the connection wire to the computer is a bit short, so it doesn't fit the way you want it to.
    The connections are designed to be invisible, good for aesthetics but not practical if plugged in: regular disconnection.
    the cable has a direction, if it is not respected, all the functions are not operational. (you just have to locate it with a rubber band and then it's fine).

    Perfect complement for my Lenovo Thinkpad L380

    I bought this dock for my Lenovo Thinkpad L380 and it works like a charm. Once the docking station is plugged into the laptop's power plug, everything is recognized.
    I just wish the cable to the laptop was a bit longer, which would allow the dock to be hidden in a corner, or to be connected to a laptop with a right-side power supply.
