On the one hand the fans make noise even at low speed and on the other hand after 1 year of use the LEDs stop working one after the other, with a 6 month warranty it is impossible to exchange them.
Very good cooling capacity, with good static pressure.
Quiet at low revs, the fans are still very loud in the towers! But on the other hand, the airflow is very present in the tower.
I tested them in insertion as well as in extraction and the result is there.
I have 4 of them on the side panel in low speed extraction: excellent result, no noise and no other fan is running in my PC as long as I don't launch a AAA game.
They are rgb addressable via AuraSync: just don't touch the supplied case until Windows starts up (otherwise you have to switch off the power supply). Currently they reflect the CPU temperature on a 5 colour variation and I have the information at a glance!
I've been using them for a while now, but I'm not sure if they are compatible with the Aura sync system... However LDLC says it is compatible in the description...
In fact Aura sync doesn't even detect them in the software!
My motherboard is a Rog strix 470f bought here.
Same opinion as the previous one, but I have an additional reservation: on my models, some ARGB LEDs do not work properly when driven from the MB (Z390 Pro on 3 ARGB pins). On the 18 rings, several do not synchronise correctly with the effect requested from the software (RGB fusion). I have this problem on the 4 mounted in my tower. That's why I'm taking off one star, if I can solve this problem I'll put the 5th. On the other hand they are very well controlled by the box provided, the effects are classy!
I'm bluffed by their performance: they are really quiet up to 1200 rpm, only the air flow is perceptible, no coil noise or unwanted vibration. I use one to cool the radiator of my 1080 Ti Waterforce and I gained 4-5 degrees compared to the original fan (thanks to the high static pressure) while having less noise!
I highly recommend them despite the LED bug because they are ultra competitive (18€ each).
I bought these fans for my big tower, they are very good and give a very nice effect.
Please note that for your fans to be customisable via software you must have an ARGB HEADER connector on your motherboard (3 pin) and not an RGB HEADER (4 pin). Without this you will still be able to change the colours and speed with the supplied case but you won't have all the functionality that these fans offer.
Quick installation, I recommend.
