Lack of detailed instructions for use

Good product but complicated to use:
    - a remote control + a mouse. but it is not clear when to use one or the other
    - no detailed and not up to date user manual
    *no answer from the hotline

Does not work at the reception!

I received my CGV EXPEND today. It's a shame that it doesn't work as soon as I receive it. I've been trying to get in touch with the technical and/or commercial service of the site. I hope to have a quick answer!

    Super I recommend

I use 95% of my files on a network (NAS) for which it is essential to install VLC Android. Video in HDMI and sound in optical output on home cinema amplifier.
I've been using it for a while now and it works perfectly: fast start-up, easy navigation between the different menus, choice of remote control or mouse (these two possibilities are really practical) and most importantly, image and sound as expected.
There are still a few things that can be improved, but the next update will undoubtedly correct them: the possibility of reorganising applications or accentuating the contrast in the menus. But frankly that doesn't stop it being easy to use.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have it in the mail, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have it in the mail, too.
