Apple's external trackpad is the best way to keep the MacBook experience when you're in desktop mode with an external screen and keyboard. Just as good as the MacBook trackpad.
I recommend disabling the "Forced click and touch feedback" option to better reproduce the MacBook trackpad experience.

Nothing more to say. It works perfectly, the autonomy is nickel (about 14 hours of use per day, it lasted 20 days without ever having charged it, so on the factory charge which was 84%), and always responsive.
The charge really doesn't take long (1-2 hours) and when charging it from the computer, the transmission goes through the cable, so the product can be used while charging, unlike the Magic Mouse.
The trackpad is great and does much more than a mouse and is quick to set up. Finally, it is to be recommended to everyone.
