good nutrition
A good basic power supply to upgrade my desktop PC which I use for office work.
If I had to do it again, I would get a modular power supply, because the wiring was a bit of a pain to get to all the hard drives and the DVD drive.

As the name suggests, to be quiet for the stability of my computer
Quiet, in a way, a good food that we forget because it is effective
Power supply is quiet at low revs and a little brighter when called upon (normal). The connections are easier to plug in than my old one.
Very good quality food, I recommend it.
I didn't know this brand and I'm not disappointed with my choice.
A reasonable price and a power level that allows me to see ahead for future upgrades. I don't regret my choice to have chosen a 500W power supply right away. Beyond that, I don't think that my computer graphics use would have been useful though.
