    Mixed performance and opinions

    Hello,
I have owned Viewsonic screens for over 20 years, I have had many VPs, the last 2 of which I use daily are the VP2770LED and VP2772LED. I bought this 32 inch 4K to replace the 2772 in the first place (considering the price I couldn't buy 2 at once lol :/ ).
I've been using it for a while now, but it's not the only thing I've been using it for, and it's not the only thing I've been using it for.
However, even after 2 months of use, I'm still a bit sceptical about its pure performance. I can't get a deep black, like its grandfather the 2770 next door. It seems a bit less bright too, I have a better contrast on my VP2770LED, especially when watching videos or photos.
I don't know if the connectivity is to blame, the VP2770 is dual DVI and the 4K is mini Display Port. I have a Radeon HD7960....
I don't know if I've tried everything, there are so many possibilities, maybe I haven't found the right formula.

Overall satisfied, but I admit I expected better, especially from Viewsonic, I was hesitating with the equivalent Eizo. I thought that the factory settings would be 'perfect', or almost.

    I can't say for 3D and games, I don't have any.
I don't know about sound either, I have a real speaker kit for that.
