Missing piece and attention to big screens
On arrival, a part was missing in the box. Customer service of the brand was quite reactive for the sending of the part, but in simple mail without follow-up... The part did not arrive and a second shipment with tracking was more efficient. In short, good will but moderate efficiency.
Concerning the stand, I put a 55 inch screen of about 17-20 kg on it (LG 55CX).
It holds, and I have confidence in the strength of the stand. But the base is light and the platform is not very advanced at the front. The centre of gravity of the stand+TV assembly is therefore high, and a small enough tilt angle is enough to push the TV forward...
You don't spend your life hitting the back of your TV, so in a safe place, no problem, and I'm happy with that. But if there is a risk of a child/clumsy animal hitting the TV from behind, it is better to reserve this stand for slightly smaller and/or lighter screens.
