I gained 5-6° in stress test on a gtx 1060 6 Gb which is getting old, this will allow me to make it last longer.
Didn't work...for my cpu, doesn't fit. I replaced the cushion with paste. Heat exchange not good enough.
I used Artic GX-4 in thermal paste, but for the pads, everywhere I went Thermal Grizzly was the most named.
Indeed, when used for a Nvme disc cooling solution, I saw my temperatures drop from 49°C in idle to 39°C, and from 69°C in max use to 59°C.
Some will say that the radiator plays a big role, in my case I tested these pads on 3 different radiators (a copper Aorus supplied with the Nvme, the Sabre with its headpipe and an Elecgear with fan), the result each time was 8°C gained (10°C for the Elecgear radiator with fan).
One point less, because there is only one pad in the bag for that price.

What can I say except that this product is a great replacement and is much more efficient than what manufacturers put under their VRM radiators for example!
The manufacturers should take example on this type of product and introduce it in their VRM radiator, power supply stage etc .... Even for U.2 or M.2 drives it is more efficient than what the motherboard manufacturers deliver with their heatsinks, that is .... I hope that manufacturers will go through this, but I have a big doubt!
In short, I have gained 15° on my heatsinks on average, whether on VRM heatsinks or NVME M.2 disks! Maximum score well deserved!
