Hello.
I ordered the screen on 9/12 at 4.30pm and received it on 11/12 at 12.30pm in my village of 500 inhabitants in the Aude region.
I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the screen.
The screen is magnificent, the picture is remarkably sharp and the brightness is dazzling.
No light leaks.
Excellent for video editing, photo editing etc.
Used on games such as: Doom, Metro 2033, Tomb Raider and The Witcher without any problem. I only use FreeSync.
I personally recommend it.
1) LDLC customer service
Clear, precise, technical and extremely fast answers to the questions asked. This allowed me to finalise my choice between two screens.
2) Delivery
The delivery went smoothly and quickly in a relay point. The only inconvenience was that the shop did not respect its opening hours, forcing me to go back twice before taking delivery of the equipment.
3) Equipment
Very good screen with no pixel anomalies at this stage.
Ideal for office use with good clarity and size to open several pages with visual comfort.
Very easy to install. Only the accesses for the connectors are a bit difficult to reach and force to use the pivot function to reach them.
Great display, pretty close to my MacBook Pro, nice finish, good interface. Sound is really mediocre.
But how bulky the adjustable stand is, and how complicated it is to pack and store it in its box.... I have a semi nomadic use, or I go to work for a month on a project, and it is complicated to find a screen that corresponds to this use. I'm going to look for another one...
Bought three of these to switch to tri-monitor mode, I almost regret buying a multi-monitor stand as the original stands are so well designed.
Perfect picture.
The edges are very thin and are quickly forgotten. After 10 months of use, I can say that I am really delighted with my purchase.
When it comes to viewing documents or coding, with the right settings and the right cable, this display is really enjoyable even after long hours. The upgrade to WQHD resolution is a real comfort. And when it comes to relaxing, it gets the job done.
First disappointment for me with an iiyama product.
It is obvious that iiyama does not have the ability to assemble a screen of this size properly: there is systematic light leakage at the corners. I have other iiyama screens (22" and 25" IPS) without this problem being obvious.
I'm not sure if this is a problem for me, but I'm sure it is for me.
The latter is efficient (replacement on site), but after 2 replacements the observation is still the same: visible light leaks in low light and/or on a dark background (this is the case with all my tools...).
Correct for daily work in daylight, to be avoided for photo editing, low light multimedia (home cinema), etc...
The ergonomics and display of this screen correspond perfectly to the description and to my expectations.
It is equipped with speakers for audio, but these are unusable, including for video conferencing, so I had to add a small speaker in connection with the PC....
I've been using it for a while now, but it's a shame to have one more thing on the desk that takes up space and dust...
First of all, I did not choose this monitor by comparing it with others.
I decided to buy it after reading the test of the white version in PC Update #99. It said that it was a no-brainer. I wanted a 27" IPS that wasn't too expensive, so it was the right choice.
I have been using it for two months now. I am very satisfied with its image in all uses. It is a big change compared to my previous screen which was a 24" TN 1200 lines, since May 2010.
Excellent screen, I ordered one the first time but it leaked a lot of light... I exchanged it and now nothing. Very good screen with a resolution of 2560*1440p, essential on this size of screen.
The colours are good with the right ICC profile (available on the iiyama website).
Very good ergonomics, height, side and pivot adjustment.
