    I bought this helmet in 2017. I changed it this year to 2022. It's still functional, but some parts are starting to crumble, and the fact that the pads are not changeable is a concern after so many years.

    The sound quality and microphone are top notch, especially considering the price. If you have any concerns about the sound quality or the microphone it is a defect, ask for a replacement, mine is still working after 5 years of intensive use.
