Very disappointed
I could put 1 star as the charger is useless to me it is not compatible with my laptop.
The charger is not compatible with my laptop. I could not find the model of the laptop so looking at the power on the back of the asus laptop and the picture that matched the charger that does not work anymore I ordered it. I have been using it for a while now and it is not working.
The photos are not contractual but why put a different photo on the other asus chargers that you put on sale on your website especially as for these chargers the photo corresponds to the one I received. It is however a 33w that I got.
I have never been disappointed with a purchase from ldlc.
I am really surprised because I have never had any problems with you.
I will be more careful next time but even though the photo is not contractual I think it is not very fair and honest.
