Chair purchased in September 2020.
In December 2021, a strength screw breaks; on closer inspection, there are 2 fairly light screws that contain all the strength of the backrest return (i.e. several tens of kilos of strength).
Looking at the broken screw, it's a not very solid alloy almost designed to break. I am a handyman and I repaired it myself by changing the screw (a delicate operation as the powerful backrest spring must be controlled during the change).
