    My experience

    During assembly I noticed that the seat height adjustment mechanism wasn't working. LDLC and MT International quickly supplied me with the parts I needed to rectify the problem, so I could start using the chair.
    Two months later, it was the backrest height adjustment that was no longer working: I could no longer keep it in the desired position, as it systematically went back down to the lowest position.
    Very disappointed with this purchase.
